Leadership
The Growth Mentor™ is led by Hannah Hughes, founder of White Flamingo Consulting Ltd.
With a background in senior corporate roles, Hannah brings a commercially grounded approach to growth, supported by a wider network of mentors to deliver at scale.
Her passion for supporting working mums comes from being a mum of 2 little girls and having been the senior manager juggling the 2 worlds of motherhood and corporate success.
Setting up the Parents Network at Adobe Ltd and being a driving force behind the Mentoring program between Adobe & other Global Organisations, her experience is first hand with a personable and trustworthy attitude to mentoring.
